NOTICE TO ALL SPECTRUM USERSIn December 2004, the Spectrum Management Authority embarked on the process to declare the 902-928MHz, 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz frequency bands Licence-Exempt. In our effort to ensure that users of these frequency bands are able to derive the maximum benefit from the spectrum, it is of paramount importance that all current users of these bands are registered with the Authority. Users of the 902-928MHz, 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands are therefore requested to submit the following information to the Spectrum Management Authority:
