How to Participate in the May 13, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the County Administration Building located at 4301 E. Parham Road.
The meeting is open to the public however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that you participate remotely through an internet-connected computer or smart phone. We have set up a WebEx Event for the Planning Commissions’ meeting where individuals will be able to participate in the meeting remotely. These meeting can be accessed when it is live at https://henrico.us/planning/meetings/
Short Pump Town Center Virtual Design Charrette
Henrico County is conducting a public design charrette for the Short Pump Town Center area. The county’s consultant is evaluating the mall property and associated outparcels along W. Broad Street as part of a week-long process to develop preliminary plans for future redevelopment. To learn more about this project, visit the Short Pump Town Center Design Charrette webpage. This charrette follows the successful completion of four design charrettes: two areas in the West Broad Street corridor, Williamsburg Road near Richmond International Airport, and Virginia Center Commons area. Glen Allen Small Area Study
Henrico County is preparing a small area study to examine what is generally considered the center of the Glen Allen area of Henrico County. Public participation will be very important to the successful development of the recommendations included with this study. Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances Update
