Community Revitalization

The Department of Community Revitalization was created in 2004 to coordinate the County’s revitalization programs and services intended to promote healthy, vibrant and attractive residential, commercial and industrial communities.

• We resumed in-person visits as of May 24, 2021.  While not required, we ask that citizens call (804) 501-7616 to set up an in-person appointment. This is important because we want to make certain that the staff person that you wish to meet with is available at the time.
• Completed and signed Enterprise Zone applications may be sent electronically to pro43@henrico.us, faxed to 804-501-7630, or they may be mailed to P.O. Box 90775, Henrico, VA 23273.
• Community Cleanups remain suspended until further notice. Residents are asked to not place items at the curb.
• Staff will attend community meetings held in-person. We also welcome opportunities to participate via conference call or video conferencing.
