The following Henrico Police services will continue to be available by appointment only:

Fingerprinting services available Monday-Thursday, 8:15-3:45 p.m. Call (804) 501-4809 to schedule an appointment.
Property releases available by appointment Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Call (804) 501-4793 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., to schedule an appointment. *New property release location: Henrico County Annex, 8040 Shrader Road

Additional Service Updates:

Incident report, accident report and criminal background check requests can be made in-person Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 7721 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23228 at the Criminal Records window.
Citizen & Senior Citizen Police Academies will be held in-person beginning Spring 2021
We are accepting requests for all community programs and presentations as well as police ride-alongs
Donations of cellular phones and stuffed animals remain suspended

The Henrico Police Animal Shelter is open to visitors, however, appointments are still preferred. To schedule an appointment for the release, redemption or adoption of an animal, contact the shelter at (804) 727-8807, Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

On March 26, 2021, the Henrico County Police Division was awarded TRI-ARC reaccreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
