Update the CLI to generate docs for the proxy config annotations. This should replace the current manual way of updating the proxy configuration documentation. The list of config.linkerd.io annotations can be found in pkg/k8s/labels.go.

This upgrade guide is linked from the TensorFlow 2.0 release notes. If the viewer has exceeded their quota on Medium, they are blocked by a paywall and cannot read the upgrade guide. Is this intentional?

Describe the bug

After upgrading from 1.0.0-beta.10 to 1.0.0-beta.11 (or later), the role attribute is no longer specified for the nav element generated by the Tabs component. It was set in 1.0.0-beta.10 and earlier.

This is an accessibility issue and is flagged by many accessibility testing tools, like axe.
