babel.config.js 中使用useBuiltIns: "usage", 并不能启用polyfill

可以使用ahooks之类@474 @426

这个 API 长什么样？

babel.config.js 可以配置出polyfill

出现这个问题@474 也是编译不报错，但开发者工具预览的时候控制台报错
