Modernization of secure input using Console - take two (#155 )

* Replace getpass() with readpassphrase() on macOS, add minimal Windows implementation using _getch(), provide a (somewhat oddball) Linux implementation. Add demo of secure input to the example app.
* Retool CI workflow to use a much-updated list of Swift runner images.
* Adjust macOS CI workflow to test both latest beta and latest stable Xcode versions.
