Headings for sections

Add 'Exercises in Programming Style'

Added 'Exercises in Programming Style' by Cristina Videira Lopes.
This book would be useful to understand the various design/code styles in code vault.

Headings mean it's possible to link to individual sections of the document.

Fix two typos in TheTechTree.md

Fix italics markdown

- A markdown formatting issue
- A style consistency issue ("by" preceding a book author's name)

Improved consistency of use of quotation marks

Address issues 5, 19, and 21; expand metadata details.

The use of quotation marks in the Guide was not consistent,
so I tried to apply the following rules to improve this:
- Single quotation marks for names and special characters.
(mostly when used for the first time in a section,
or when specifically referring to it as a name or special character.)
- Double marks for emphasis of regular words/sentences or actual quotes.
- Punctuation outside of marks unless part of original quote.

Make capitalization of 'Git' consistent
