    PSA:

    Node.js 16 comes with atob and btoa globals. DO NOT USE THEM. If you think you want to use them, read up on character encodings until you don’t want to use them anymore.

    Hey, Windows friends! What happens in Node.js 15.0.0 if you run `node inspect script.js` and then type `restart` at the resulting prompt? It works? Or you get ECONNRESET?
