What's it about?
When you want to select the drop-down menu box in the console, you can search by regular expression or sort by the letters A-Z
What's the reason why we need it?
Can improve the development efficiency, shorten the search time

Remove GetBool annotations in favor of GetEnabled

Summary

Most Kuma annotations use GetEnabled but kuma.io/sidecar-injected uses GetBool. This means that, even though kuma.io/sidecar-injected is a boolean annotation like plenty of others in Kuma, it doesn't not accept the same set of values.
