The current RoomMemberQueryFilter doesn't support query by wxid (id of Contact), can we support this?

Add id as a string type in RoomMemberQueryFilter
Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Find all contacts for the room and find out the matched id
2. Load the contact by id fir

Currently, you need to click + Add Tag every time you want to add a tag, even if you want to add multiple tags at once.

We should change this, so that the Tag list is readily available until the user clicks Close.
