Describe the bug
In #3322 the new
relationshipsfile was added to the SAF (Simple Archive Format) package structure to allow for the creation of new relationships between Entities. This same file should also be written on export of Entities, to better support "round-tripping" of SAF packages.Ideally, this round-tripping might also be tested via ITs, see also #7980
