Hi, I am Joe !
🔭 I am a rising senior with majors in Computer Science from India!.🌱 I am currently an MLH fellow - working on HOWDOI (an open-source python-based CLI tool which answeres your queries in the command line itself.)👩💻 I find my technical interests in Problem Solving, Full-stack development,Technical writing, Machine Learning and open source !.👍 I also love collaborating over code with new people and enjoy working in teams be it in projects or hackathons.🖋️ I am an artist and I love everything that is drawn by hand or digitally !
Experience
- MLH Open Source Fellow @MLH! - Got selected as one of the 100 fellows in MLH for summer cohort to contribute to python-oriented open source tracks. Currently, contributing to howdoi wherein the changes made were released as new howdoi version!
- Started contributing to Mapillary, a project under Facebook reality Labs with issue #40
- Recently, I won the MLH orientation hackathon with my team with my project the FellowBot.
- Codess.Cafe mentor for open source track.
- Girlscript Education outreach Program Mentor - Taught Javascript to 700+ passionate indivisuals from different spheres of life. It was an amazing experience.
- Codeflow.org Speaker - A vibrant community hosting DSA camps for beginners wherein I gave a talk for the purpose of teching bit manipulation and mathematics to learners.
- WWCD mentee - Worked under Women Who Code Delhi mentorship program for a span of 3 months and worked on improving my technical and behavioural knowledge.
