Linking user page counts to Changes page with the corresponding action added filter:

Additional context

Maybe blocked by #7189 for now.

I am not sure if the counts would be +1 when a corresponding event is added and would not decrease when corresponding events are removed (but I guess it is).
If that is the case, this implementation may mislead users that they can get all of their work (translations, suggestions, comments, and screenshots) on the Changes page with the corresponding action added filter, when the count may be inconsistent after some events are removed.
