Feature request

Feature description

On the library page for a library that has many files (such as material-design-icons, click at your own peril) we should not automatically load all the files in a version (server-side already has this logic) and instead should first show a warning to the user that the library has many files, and that loading them could cause performance issues for them. We should then provide a button to let them trigger loading the files for the version.

How the feature is useful

On the library page for a library that has many files (such as material-design-icons, click at your own peril) browsers often struggle to load the page, either locking up the tab and becoming unresponsive or sometimes the entire browser.
