Hello, I realize it’s been the holidays and new year but please help ASAP:

Using Complianz plugin (not premium yet). When I go through the wizard, I think the wizard doesn’t “remember” previous settings. This is risky and it should remember settings. I just discovered this now that it didn’t remember Safe Mode was OFF and then it had it ON for some reason. This happened to me a couple times where I go to the Safe Mode page and it was back on again!

Next thing, all I want is “ACCEPT” banner (or I guess I’m forced to have ACCEPT/DENY) but the manage consent banner still pops up with 4 buttons:
Accept, Deny, View Preferences, Save Preferences

    Image

If I click View Preferences, the only thing that happens is that button disappears and the banner flickers briefly. This seems like a bug.

And if I click Save Preferences, what am I saving? The banner has no options to toggle on and off, so really this button shouldn’t even be showing.

I also have another issue in the other thread I posted 2 days ago. I would go Premium with this plugin but these bugs are holding me back.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ve upgraded to Premium and still encounter weirdness, like clicking “Manage Options” and it instead opens the privacy page.

    Hello @lilgames ,

Thank you for reaching out and purchasing the subscription.

I’m really sorry to hear that. At first, It seems like you were encountering some CSS/JS caching issues, possibly due to some REST API limitations applied to Complianz.

After upgrading to the premium version, I see that you have enabled the TCF banner. Clicking on “Manage Options” leads you to the cookie policy to give a clear view to the end user. That is completely normal, and it’s intended to work like that. Enabling the TCF adds a layer with additional guidelines to follow, this is all specified at this link.

Additionally, I noticed that the cookie categories are not showing. Since you are now a premium user, I kindly ask you to please reach out to us through our ticketing system available on our website in the support section. We cannot support Premium users due to the Forum guidelines.

    Best regards,
    Antonio
