The Sims 3 Pets Lifetime Reward Question

Hi, I am having an issue with purchasing the Sponsorship Lifetime reward. I have saved up around 70,000 points and I then went to purchase "Fast Learner" for 15,000, "Never Dull" for 10,000 and "Sponsorship" for 30,000. When I accepted these changes, it only showed on my Sim info page that I had only purchased "fast learner", and "never dull". "Sponsorship" is nowhere to be found, even though It took my saved up 55,000 points. Also when I went back to the lifetime rewards page, it still shows that I can order "Sponsorship" again, (the other two I purchased are nowhere to be found) even though I just purchased it.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I wish I saved my game before this went down Thanks

You need to do "Fast Learner" for 15,000, "Never Dull" for 10,000 and "Sponsorship" for 30,000 at the first.
