    Hi @marcogodot,

Thanks for sharing the details and the error message, I can see how disruptive it is when the WooCommerce Analytics section suddenly stops loading in the admin, and I am keen to help you get this sorted.

That specific JavaScript error often points to a conflict or a data issue triggered by a recent change. To narrow this down, please first confirm whether this started after an update to WordPress, WooCommerce, or any other plugin or theme. It would also help to test for conflicts by temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty Four and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, then checking if Analytics loads again. You can use the Health Check plugin to do this safely without affecting visitors, https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/.

Next, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report so we can review your environment in more detail. You can find it under WooCommerce, Status, then click Get system report and copy it. Since this is a public forum, please share it using a paste tool like https://pastebin.com, https://quickforget.com, or https://gist.github.com, and feel free to redact any sensitive information before posting the link here.

If possible, also share a screenshot of the Analytics page and the browser console error using a tool like https://snipboard.io, as that can provide extra context on what is failing to load.

Once we have that information, we can take a closer look and guide you on the next best steps. Let us know how it goes and we will continue from there.

It turned out that one of the installed plugins completely blocked most of the updates, so I had old versions of woocommerce 🙁

Now I fixed it. Thanks for your support.

    Hi there!

Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear you were able to get the issue resolved.

If you don’t mind sharing, which plugin turned out to be blocking the updates? This information can be really helpful for us and for other users who might run into something similar in the future.

Also, If you’re happy with the support you received today, would you consider leaving us a quick review? It really helps us out: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq,

I considered sharing the plugin name but I’m afraid this would be just bad reputation, not being much beneficial to all of you because – I’ll leave just a hint – it was a very specific plugin for Italian invoice automation.

In the end they fixed the issue, everybody may make (big) mistakes…

I hope you understand my point.

    Hi there!

Thanks for explaining and that’s completely understandable.

We appreciate you sharing the details you were comfortable with, and it’s great to hear that the plugin authors were able to fix the issue in the end. You’re absolutely right these things can happen, and resolving them is what matters most.

Thanks again for taking the time to investigate and follow up with us. If you run into anything else in the future, feel free to open a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
