Plugin File Location

    Hi, I am having difficulties with this Plug-in. In order to fix it, I would like to deactivate and delete it and then install and activate it.
    If I try to deactivate from the WordPress Dashboard – Plugins – I instantly get the WordPress error message and can no longer access my Dashboard.

    So what I want to do now, is to rename or delete the Plugin File Via FTP – but I can not find it under WP-contet – Plugins.

    My question is: Where is the Plugin Folder located?

    Hi,

    It should be wp-content/plugins/backup for our default main version.
    Older versions should be any of the following (depends on the version) –

    wp-content/plugins/backup-guard-gold
    wp-content/plugins/backup-guard-platinum
    wp-content/plugins/backup-guard-silver

    Can you share the error you are receiving? (Maybe enable debug mode)
    Also, which version are you using?
