WordPress’ Post

WordPress now runs entirely in your browser. my.WordPress.net gives you a complete, private WordPress environment with no sign-up and no hosting plan needed. Everything stays on your device. You can use it to write, learn, experiment, or build with pre-configured apps like a personal CRM or RSS reader. https://wp.me/pZhYe-59R #WordPress

Love it! It gives you the ability to "test drive" before investing time and money. I teach a WordPress course and I plan to make this a part of the introductory workshop where the participants can get a view of WordPress and the course before they invest in the course.

Very cool, come a long ways from decades past when spinning up a local test environment was a bit more of an ordeal

This is impressive! Running WordPress entirely in the browser without hosting makes experimentation and learning much more accessible.

This is a fantastic development, @WordPress! Lowering the barrier to entry for experimentation and learning is huge for the community. The ability to test things locally without a hosting plan is a game-changer. Great work!
