Rosary Beads are a useful part of the Penitent One's arsenal that's returned from the first Blasphemous game. You'll use them to increase your resistance to various kinds of damage among other effects, with additional slots unlocked by finding Rosary Knots and bringing them to Sagrario in the Streets of Wakes area.
