Steps:
- Complete the Nekomancer Wonder Weapon Easter Egg.
- Head around and shoot all 11 lanterns around the map on a time limit with the wonder weapon:
- After they are all lit, head to the War Room and interact with the Samurai Ghost.
- Grab the Ceramic Shards it left behind and the Poison Compendium on the shelf, then use the nearby Ninja Kite.
- While flying with the kite, spin right before you hit the tree and grab the Kitsune Mask from the edge of the roof of a building.
- Head to the Mask Wall and put it on the wall.
- Certain masks will light up. Shoot the zombies that spawn with the corresponding masks in the right order three times.
- After, head to three different locations to shoot the fox mask in the new locations and collect the evidence:
- Head to the meditation room and place the items on the shelf.
- Find the mystery box around the map with the coin on top, then make that the active mystery box.
- Throw a Maneki-Neko on the ground in front of it then open the box to get the Coin Purse.
- Place the coin purse next to the Rampage Inducer.
- Next, there are three bosses that need to be spawned and killed:
- Merchant
- Knock down the fruit from one of the fruit baskets in the kitchen
- Wait for a zombie to spawn eating the fruit, then take it to the Merchant's Shack.
- Kill the zombie to spawn the Merchant and collect the Mercantile Abacus and the Sales Log.
- Gardener
- Find the bucket around the map and pick it up, then interact with it on the water.
- Without running, sprinting, or getting hit, bring it to the flower garden and water the three plants there on the paths.
- Shoot the glowing plants nearby then kill the gardener to get the Gardening Shears and the Gardener's Notes.
- Noble
- Head to the Noble's House and throw decoy grenades at the windows until he opens them.
- Throw back the grenades he throws down until he's dead, then pick up the Noble's Hat and the Diary.
- Head back to the meditation room and place the items on the shelf.
- Next, the poison ingredients will need to be collected:
- Monkshood Flower
- Pick up the Empty Pouch by shooting the wall with the secondary attack of the Nekomancer, then stand in the ash until you acquire the Volcanic Ash.
- Head to the Flower Garden and grab the Monkshood Bud then place it in the Flower Pot.
- Head to a cherry blossom tree and melee it until it glows, then head back to the flower pot.
- Run in circles to create a cherry blossom tornado then grab the Monkshood Flower.
- Plum Pit
- Head to the Fruit Basket in the kitchens and knock down the plum.
- Jump on the plum until the Plum Pit comes out.
- Pufferfish
- Head to the storage rooms and look at the Scroll Rack.
- Shoot at the middle scroll than push the scrolls in until every scroll is pushed in.
- Pick up the Pestle and the Death Records then head to the kitchens.
- Place the pestle inside the Bowl on the Stove and kill zombies near it until a cutscene plays, then pick up the Pufferfish
- Head back to the meditation room and place the items on the shelf.
- Pick up the Ceramic Shards in front of the new scroll then head to the Tea Garden and use it on the Workbench to build a sake cup.
- Next round, interact with the cup to trigger a cutscene, then grab the cup.
- Head to the war room and place the cup on the Tray, then defend it from zombies.
- Pick up the Horse Statuette then head to the collapsed study.
- Place the cup on the Tray, then defend it from zombies.
- Pick up the Calligraphy Brush and head to the Tea Garden.
- Place the cup on the Tray, then defend it from zombies.
- Kill the hellhound running around the map and up the Tea Whisk, then head back to the meditation room.
- Place the items onto the shelf.
- Two more pieces of evidence must still be collected:
- Netsuke of Brothers
- Crest Medallion
- Head to the Clock and interact with it.
- Note the numbers the clock moves to and then head to the staging area after completing an assault ward round and killing the zombies holding the flags in the waves.
- Look at the banners in the area and remember the count of items in each.
- Head to each of the four numbers on the walls around the map and place the flags down so that their sum matches the number that corresponds to the number of that place in the order from the Japanese number on the wall.
- Head back to the clock and interact with it to get the Crest Medallion.
- Head back to the meditation room and place the items on the shelf.
- In front of the first painting, place the Mitsuhime's Comb.
- In front of the last painting, place the Crest Medallion.
- In front of the second painting, place the item from the accomplice matching what was said by the ghost.
- In front of the third painting, place down the corresponding poisonous item depending on the death records and the accomplice.
- If the death certificate says "Paralysis", then it's either Monkshood Flower for the gardener or Pufferfish for the merchant.
- If the death certificate says "Noxious Food", then it's either Plum Pit for the gardener or Pufferfish for the Noble.
- If the death certificate says "Noxious Plant", then it's either Monkshood Flower for the noble or Plum Pit for the merchant.
- In front of the fourth painting, place down the item corresponding to the item in the painting:
- Mountain: Horse Statuette
- Bird: Calligraphy Brush
- Fish: Tea Whisk
- Then, read the Death Records and find the time of death.
- Read the Poison Compendium and find the item you've already placed on the list.
- Set the radial to the animal from the Death Records then move it counter clockwise by the amount of time from the poison item.
- Interact with the incense to spawn an orb.
- Kill zombies around the orb then interact with the World Seed to start the boss fight.
- Defeat the Onyro that spawns to head to the boss fight.
