Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game comes with two characters who are locked from the start, Avatar Aang and Nightmare Korra. Normally, you’d have to play the story mode a fair bit to unlock these characters, but thanks to Shinigami7 on discord and as relayed on X by @Mikeand1keFGC (Mike and Ike), there’s a method for doing it much faster.
How to Unlock All Characters
On the main menu, highlight these selections and press the select button in order:
- Arcade Mode
- Local VS
- Training
- Arcade Mode
It took us a few tries to get the timing down as you can’t do it too fast or too slow, but you should hear a sound effect letting you know that it worked, and then these two characters should now be unlocked. The select button might be different depending on what controller you’re using. For us on the Dualsense edge on PC, it was the share button.
