It seems it will be about the Lifeblood Spire that was cut from the game. We will very likely see Pharloom Bay too.

I was wondering what the blue feather-like things represented, if it is indeed lifeblood then it's a little strange we haven't seen it take this shape before It reminded me of Pinstress' tent, it has a similiar blue color but it probably wouldn't make much sense to be related
