Terms Name and Count Color Mismatch in Terms Query Block

Description

When changing the text colour of the Terms Query block, the Term Name and Term Count do not reflect the same colour. This creates a visual inconsistency where the count remains in default colour while the term name changes.

Tested with Gutenber latest (21.8.0-rc.1)

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert a Terms Query block
2. Select the block and change the text color from the block inspector.
3. Observe that the Term Name changes color, but the Term Count does not.

Hi @kjnanda,

It seems that the behavior occurs because the text color is being applied specifically to the Term Name block rather than the parent Row block that contains both the Term Name and Term Count. When the text color is set on the parent Row block instead, the color is correctly applied to both elements, the Term Name and the Term Count, ensuring visual consistency.
