Settings panel doesn’t reflect “sort by date” when user lands on the Created Templates view

Description

When viewing the User templates tab in the Site Editor, templates are correctly sorted by date (newest first), but the view settings UI does not reflect this. I would expect to see “sort by date” in the settings section.

Step-by-step reproduction

1. Ensure that “Template Activation” experiment is enabled.
2. Open the Site Editor.
3. Go to Templates.
4. Switch to the Created Templates
5. Observe that templates are sorted by date, newest first.
6. Open the view/settings panel where sorting options are displayed.

Expected behavior

The settings section should show that the list is sorted by date

• “Sort by: Date”

Actual behavior

• “Sort by: Template”
