What?

Adds block bindings support to the cover block. Still needs:
Why?
Cover block has been one of the main requests by the community to be updated to use block bindings. Pattern overrides with covers will increase the quality of the website creation workflows.
How?
Now adding more compatibility should be easier than ever thanks to the new updates to the Core API.
