The Theme Review Team does not hard reject themes — we want you to resubmit your theme. However, when a ticket is closed as not approved, it loses its position in the review queue. When you submit an update, a new ticket will be created at the end of the queue.

• The theme URL shows 404 error.

• Keyboard navigation not okay. The submenu items are not visible on focus.

• Links within content must be underlined - not ok. Please check the content of your posts (the_content()), excerpts (the_excerpt()), comments content, text widgets, custom options with large blocks of texts.

• Google Plus has already been discontinued, so please remove the option to add a Google Plus URL in the customizer.

• Tested up to in the style.css file should have the latest WordPress version.

• The license details for the fonts used are missing in the readme.txt file.

• Remove the commented code in customizer.js.

Thank you for reviewing my theme and providing detailed feedback.
We appreciate your time and guidance.
We will fix all the mentioned issues, including the 404 demo URL, keyboard navigation, link underline, Google Plus option removal, font license details, and clean up the code as suggested.
After resolving everything, I will resubmit the updated version for review.

One more thing I’d like to ask, after I fix all the issues you mentioned, I plan to do a self-test using the Theme Check plugin. But is there any other tool available for testing WordPress themes?

If I have accidentally left out any important information, please let me know. Because I don't want to miss any important things.
