Adds a test plugin that registers a minimal AI provider with hardcoded API key validation (`test-api-key-123`) via the AiClient registry. This enables E2E testing of the full connector setup flow without external dependencies. New tests cover: - Test provider card displays with "Set up" button - Clicking "Set up" expands the API key form - Invalid API key shows error message - Valid API key shows "Connected" badge and "Edit" button Also bumps `_gutenberg_connectors_init` from default priority to 15 so plugins can register AI providers at default priority (10) and have them auto-discovered.
