The 1.6 Cyberpunk 2077 update is here, and with the update comes new content to the game. Some of which directly reference the Netflix anime Cyberpunk Edgerunners. 1.6 Update Highlights
Wardrobe (Transmog System)
You can now wear whatever items they want without it affecting your stats. So now you can still wear the gear that has higher gear but disguise it with something that looks a little more aesthetically pleasing.
You can have up to 6 different transmog outfits and change them in the following locations:
- V's apartments
- Safehouses
- Inventory Panel
New Gigs
There are three new gigs for you to complete. Listed below are the names of the three gigs and where they can be found:
- Concrete Cage Trap
- Concrete Cage Trap can be found at Watson and Kabuki
- Desperate Measures
- Desperate Measures can be found at Santo Domingo and Arroyo
- Nasty Hangover
- Nasty Hangover can be found at Santo Domingo and Arroyo
New Weapons
Six new firearms have been added to the game. Listed below are the following guns that have been added:
- Kappa (Smart Pistol)
- Senkoh LX (Tech Submachine Gun)
- Hypercritical Iconic Precision Rifle (obtainable in Gig: Concrete Cage Trap)
- VST-37 (Power Shotgun)
- MA70 HB (Power Light Machine Gun)
- Kyubi (Power Assault Rifle)
In addition to six new guns being added, there have also been five new melee weapons. Listed below are the melee weapons:
- Neurotoxin Knife (+ Iconic variant Blue Fang)
- Punknife (+ Iconic variant Headhunter)
- Claw (Axe)
- Razor (Machete)
- Cut-O-Matic (Chainsword)
Nibbles in Photo Mode
You can now take pictures with Nibbles. But it's important to mention you can only do so after you invite nibble into V's apartment.

Cross Progression
Cross progression has been added in. Now you can save your files to the cloud and load them into your previous save from the Main Menu or in-game Load Game Menu. With cross-progression, you'll be able to load a saved file from console to PC and between PC to PC. You can now load a saved file from the PC to the console.
Cross Progression is limited when it comes to certain console versions with regional restrictions, those being:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
- Oman
- Qatar
- Japan

Roach Race Arcade Game
Roach Race is a new mini-game added in Cyberpunk 2077. It can be played in a few different areas in-game, and if your score is high enough, you'll earn money and in-game items.
