Be Brave in the Final Shape
Before you start the campaign, the game will ask you if want to be Brave or Legendary- the second option will allow you to play on Legendary difficulty. This is a much more difficult version of the base campaign, with various modifiers that provide even further challenge.
Once selected, you can back out of Legendary and play on Normal with no penalty, but you can only get the Legendary rewards by completing all of the missions on Legendary.
If you make it to the end and complete the campaign on Legendary, you'll earn:
- Exotic Armor based on your class.
- A full set of 1960 power armor
While the Exotic Gear is always good, the 1960 Gear is 20 power above the soft cap, saving a lot of grinding time it would take to get there normally.
