This quest isn't difficult - but it is a slightly confusing chore, since the Silver Bells are randomised to appear in two key locations, and you can miss them if you don't know where to look. Where to find Silver Bells in Hollow Knight: Silksong
Silver Bells can be found in the two bellveins above and below the town of Bellhart. The bells randomly spawn whenever you enter the area; if there aren't any bells when you enter, exit and re-enter, or go visit the other bellvein.
To reach the upper bellvein, head right from the Bellhart bench, take the elevator upwards and then go left. You're going to want the Cling Grip (wall climb) skill from Shellwood to make the ascent doable. To reach the lower bellvein, go to the Bellhart fast travel Bellway and then head right to break a wall and find a hidden entrance.
Both bellveins are winding corridors with low visibility, the occasional enemy, and a few spike pits that can be hard to see. The foes here wear bells atop their heads, which makes them immune to your Pogo technique, and you should be wary when they jump up from the ground beneath you. You'll also come across some very large and fluffy fellows that take up an entire corridor space - it's easiest to avoid these guys if you can.
As stated before, the random nature of this quest makes it a chore more than anything else. Carefully investigate both tunnels and take care to notice the white aura that emerges from any stray Silver Bells that are lying on the ground. Pick 'em up, head back to Bellhart, and deposit them to complete this Wish and get your sweet Rosary Necklace.
