Seeming soft, but hiding a sharp surprise. Any larger predator attempting a bite would learn a pointed and painful lesson.
Steelspine Kais are enemies in Hollow Knight: Silksong. They are plump floaters able to extend sharp spikes from within their bodies, long lost to time and living on only in memory.
Behaviour and Tactics
Floats around back and forth slowly.
Suddenly extends spines all over its body, as well as moving towards Hornet slightly if she gets too close.
