You’ll unlock part two of the Carbon Copy questline near the midpoint of the story in Control Resonant. It’s probably one of the shortest and simplest side stories in the entire game, and shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to complete. Here’s how.

How to Complete Carbon Copy: Part 2
You’ll start Carbon Copy: Part 2 after returning to the Oldest House following the main quest The House in Distress. Your first order of business is to meet Dr. Florez at the field hospital in in Central.
The field hospital is just south of the Field Office. Speak to Dr. Florez there and she’ll direct you to visit Hannah in a nearby medical container.
Hannah is…not right, and Heidi is adamant that whoever or whatever you rescued from that apartment is not her sister. Visiting Hannah in the medical container seems to confirm her sister’s fears. All she can do is make Mold sounds.
Read the letter Heidi left at the back of the container to progress the quest, and you’ll be directed to visit the sisters’ apartment back at The Park.
As before. Heidi and Hannah’s apartment is at the southern end of The Park. You won’t need anything special to enter this time.
Head inside the apartment and go to the bathroom. Heidi is apparently dead inside. Report the dead body to Zoe to complete Carbon Copy Part 2.
