Panopticon Service Request Walkthrough
One of the first side stories you’ll likely encounter in Control Resonant is called Panopticon Service Request, and it’s a wacky little vignette that won’t require too much of you. Being an early piece of optional content, it’s low difficulty and lacks any real danger, but you’ll discover everything you need to know about solving it in this guide.

How to Complete Panopticon Service Request
You start Panopticon Service Requiest by speaking to Langston in south-central…Central. After listening to him pontificate at length about altered items, he’ll request your help with an Altered radio in the panopticon near his station.
Head inside and turn left into the small security cubby. Pay no mind to the sound of the gate closing behind you.
How to Reassemble the Equipment
Your first task is to do a little reassembly on the equipment. You need to replace two server blocks and a satellite antenna.
The first server block is near the entrance to the security cubby. Interact with it to pick it up, carry it over to one of the red-glowing openings in the cubby, and insert it.
The second server block is across from the cubby, to the right of chamber A-01, near the concrete barriers. Repeat the same process as with the first block: pick the thing up, huck it over to the cubby, and place it in the red-glowing opening.
You’ll find the antenna to the right of the cell labeled C-03. Pick it up, then hop on top of the cell labeled E-05. Don’t worry, you can still double jump and mantle while holdling the antenna.
Place the antenna next to the red-blinking light and return to the security cubby. Interact with the console, then select Activate to enable the security system in the larger room.
How to Find the Correct Containment Cell ID
Now for the first part of the puzzle. You need to tell Langston which cell he needs to unlock to access the radio. First, go to cell B-02 and tell Langston to open the door. He can’t, and that’s because the labels themselves are incorrect.
There’s a note to the right of the entrance to the Panopticon that, when read, notes that the cells have been mislabeled, and they’re ordered counter (or anti) clockwise. That means A is E, and 1 is 5, and so on.
Cell B-02, where the radio is, should therefore be D-04, as we’re starting out count from E-05 (which is actually A-01). Don’t worry, this is the hardest part.
How to Contain the Altered Radio
For the final step, you need to contain the Altered Radio by placing it into cell E-05 (really this time), but only while it’s playing a radio spot about the New York World’s Fair.
The radio has several potential audio tracks to run, and it’s unlikely you’ll get the World’s Fair the first time you pick it up. The fastest way to move to the next track is to drop the radio, then pick it up again. Doing so will cause the room to distort for a moment before the radio starts its next track.
Once the radio is talking about the World’s Fair, pick it up, carry it over to cell E-05, and place it on the pedestal. Langston will close the cell remotely, and you’ll be rewarded with the Untapped Feeding Bottle Artifact and the Aramid Work Clothes cosmetic.
